Peter Zetterlund is an archaeologist and educated in Uppsala during the 1980:s. Since then, he has devoted himself to lithic technology and deepened his knowledge of the various properties of the materials. Flint, ultramylonite and quartz are not only suitable for attaching to the arrow shaft - polished on one side and parallel retouched on the other, they become beautiful jewelry to wear around the neck in a thin metal chain. Or as nice earrings! Almost all are for sale, see attached text.

Flintknapping is one of the oldest skills and arts. During the Egyptian Predynastic period, 3400-3200 BC, Gerzean ripple flaked knives were made. The method is called Flake over grinding where one side is parallel retouched, and the other side is ground. Peter Zetterlund carries on the tradition.
Flint of various origins, ultramylonite and quartz are the materials that Peter uses for the arrowheads. His photos show the arrowheads from both sides, sometimes with different backlights.
Below you can see the arrowheads in the different materials - flint, ultramylonite and quartz. Peter also has started to work with agate, jasper, obsidian and chalcedony. These materials are polished on one side or sometimes on both sides. It makes three types of arrowheads:
Neolithic = without polish, Neolithic bling = polished on one side and Bling = polished on both sides.
